Design & Content Usage Policy

By completing a purchase with Rep More, you (“the Customer”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding the use of design content:

1. Consent to Use of Design Elements

By purchasing a custom or team-related product from Rep More, you grant Rep More the irrevocable, royalty-free right to display, publish, and promote the design associated with your order. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Team names and individual names featured in the design
• Logos, graphics, and artwork
• Player numbers, nicknames, and identifiers
• Team imagery, photos, and visual elements
• Any other content submitted as part of the design

2. Marketing & Promotional Use

Rep More reserves the right to use your design and its elements across all marketing channels, including but not limited to social media, website galleries, advertisements, email campaigns, and print materials — without additional compensation or prior notice.

3. Customer Representation

By submitting a design and completing your purchase, you confirm that:

• You have the legal right to use all names, images, and content included in the design
• You have obtained consent from all individuals whose names or likenesses appear in the design
• The design does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights

4. Limitation of Liability

Rep More is not responsible for any claims arising from the use of names, images, or content provided by the customer. The customer assumes full responsibility for ensuring all submitted content is legally permissible.
